Refund policy

We want you to love your ShaBoom Beauty products. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, items must be unused and unopened, in their original condition and packaging. Please email orders@shaboomproducts.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions.

Not returnable: opened or used cosmetics, handmade Classic line items (ClearBath, LubraLove and ClearSpace) made to order, gift cards, and items marked final sale.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
